I inquired about a used Toyota online and the salesman never bothered to answer my questions. Instead, more than a week later, he contacted me to say that the car was sold, but he could help me with buying something else. This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional! I would suggest that anybody interested in a vehicle to look somewhere else. These people are not to be trusted, since they lack integrity and basic courtesy of answering simple questions! Go somewhere else.
We bought a new Corolla hybrid on 10/18/2025. Our salesman was Russ Dandeneau and the business manger was Becky Willett. I have never experienced such great service! Becky was amazing with helping us get exactly what we needed. We will travel to Murray again next time we need a new Toyota (we live over 2 hours away). We just can’t say enough positive about this team!

Yes, every dealer you can be happy with a new car transaction, but ask yourself whether or not loyalty and after purchase expectations are important to you as well. We leased a RAV4 2022 as well as had Toyota of Murray’s service depart do a complete service on my husbands Tiyita truck, 2006. We couldn’t ask to work with anyone nicer and more accommodating than Brock Crouch and staff in finance and in the service area. They even provided a car while they worked on my husbands car. i would not recommend this dealership. However i love Toyota's. I purchased a Nissan Rogue and prehaps salesman was still breaking in he did not treat us as i expected. It was other salesman that got us the deal. We wanted a second key, he told us he would give us back one of the trade in keys ???

I purchased a Prius here five years ago and just purchased a beautiful RAV4 Hybrid. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The service department helped me in the past with my Volkswagen and did a great job with it as well.

I went in to look at a couple of cars I had seen in cars.com and ended up purchasing a better car in my price range that was not even on my radar. I have never owned a Toyota Corolla and the one I bought is super loaded. The insurance discounts I got for the safety features included in the Corolla are just insane. But the dealer experience at Toyota of Murray was just fantastic. I was in and out with the keys to a new car in less than two hours.
