I finally put 100 miles on the car I bought at Toyota of Murray so I figured it was time to say how pleased I was with my purchase. Paul and Becky were both awesome. They were very nice and made the process as painless as possible. 5 stars!

We were in a time crunch to get a new vehicle due to work obligations. Toyota of Murray was the only dealer in the area that had my color and model. We worked with Ashlynn by phone to reach a deal, and she was excellent to work with. Given our accelerated timeline, she and Becky completed all our paperwork and had it ready for my signature upon my arrival. I believe Ashlynn even waited for us beyond her quitting time so we could meet her in person and congratulate me on our new vehicle. We greatly appreciate Toyota of Murray and will look to them for future vehicle purchases.

I inquired about a used Toyota online and the salesman never bothered to answer my questions. Instead, more than a week later, he contacted me to say that the car was sold, but he could help me with buying something else. This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional! I would suggest that anybody interested in a vehicle to look somewhere else. These people are not to be trusted, since they lack integrity and basic courtesy of answering simple questions! Go somewhere else.

We bought a new Corolla hybrid on 10/18/2025. Our salesman was Russ Dandeneau and the business manger was Becky Willett. I have never experienced such great service! Becky was amazing with helping us get exactly what we needed. We will travel to Murray again next time we need a new Toyota (we live over 2 hours away). We just can’t say enough positive about this team!

Ashland was great to work with. I would highly recommend her. She was very prompt with all quotes, correspondence, and info we requested. The dealership was also very fair on the trade in value which was a must.
